On the Road: Shelby County

Saturday, I met and spoke with members of the Republican Women of Shelby County. They met at New Hope Cumberland Presbyterian Church.

I enjoyed meeting these fellow Republicans and sharing information about my campaign and election integrity. In particular, I shared with them news about Senate Bill 46 and how, if passed into law, it would prohibit remote connectivity to Alabama’s voting machines.

Further Statement on Securing Alabama’s Electronic Voting Machines

I issued a press release today continuing to urge the Alabama Legislature to further provide for securing our electronic voting machines.

In the press release, I encourage the Alabama House of Representatives to pass SB46. That bill was approved in a House committee yesterday and now moves to a floor vote in the House.
